Return & Exchange Policy

GharFood – Return & Exchange Policy

At GharFood, we take pride in delivering products that are fresh, safe, and of the highest quality. Due to the nature of our food products, we follow a strict no return and no exchange policy.

No Return / No Exchange

All products sold on GharFood are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.

Since our products are consumable items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste preference
  • Order placed by mistake

Damaged or Defective Product

We understand that issues can sometimes occur during transit. If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged
  • Leaked
  • Defective
  • Incorrect item delivered

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Important Requirement (Mandatory)

To process any complaint, you must provide:

Unboxing Video (Compulsory)

  • Video must clearly show the sealed package being opened
  • Must capture the issue (damage/leakage/incorrect item)
  • Video should be uncut and continuous

Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process the request

How to Raise a Concern

  • Order ID
  • Issue description
  • Unboxing video proof

Resolution Process

Once your request is verified, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the product
    OR
  • Store credit / refund (if applicable)

Resolution will be provided within 3–5 working days
